Booking confirmation and payment terms


• To confirm booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is required.
• The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 24 hours before the cruise date.
• Accepted payment methods: bank cards, online payment link, cash and cryptocurrency.
• We accept Visa and MasterCard only in AED currency.
• The cardholder must keep a copy of the transaction for their records.

Cancellation policy


• Free cancellation is available 72 hours before the start of the charter.
• 50% of the cost is withheld if cancelled from 72 to 24 hours before the charter.
• 100% of the cost is withheld if cancelled less than 24 hours before the charter. The company reserves the right to cancel the charter without any penalties in the following cases:
• Unsafe weather conditions or coast guard warnings.
• The company cannot provide the agreed service on the day of the charter.
• Technical failures confirmed by the captain and crew.

Requirements for documents

All guests are required to have their original passport or Emirates ID with them during travel.

Policy regarding children

Children are allowed on board provided they are under constant adult supervision.

Policy regarding animals

Pets are not allowed on board.

Shoes policy

Wearing shoes on board is prohibited for safety reasons.

Terms of holiday and sunset cruises

The minimum yacht rental time during sunset on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is 4 hours.

Swimming and water activities

Swimming and water entertainment are prohibited after sunset according to the rules of the Dubai Coast Guard.
